Operational mentoring is strategic, hands-on support designed to help you improve how your business runs day to day. It’s not business coaching or consulting, it’s collaborative problem-solving focused on systems, delegation, leadership, and real execution.
This is completely customised. There’s no rigid curriculum or cookie-cutter framework. Every session is built around your current priorities, challenges, and goals, whether that’s fixing delivery systems, delegating better, or scaling a team.
We meet 1:1 (typically via Google Meet) for focused sessions that tackle what’s happening right now in your business. You’ll leave each session with a clear plan, a solved problem, or a system built. In between, you’ll have access to async support via Slack or email for follow-through and real-time questions.
This is about making your whole business run better, not just adding a person. If you already have an ops manager, I can mentor them. If you don’t, I help you build the systems and the structure so you don’t become one by default.
