I've lived both sides: the 80-hour hustle and the clarity that comes when systems finally click.
Before launching CCCA, I was a fitness entrepreneur turned operations manager, buried in bottlenecks, chasing every fire, and managing a growing team I couldn’t lead efficiently. The work was constant. The to-do list never ended. And the business felt like it would fall apart if I stopped moving. But it wasn’t just the workload that lit a fire under me.
I spent years working under a leader who thrived on chaos, reactive decisions, unclear direction, and systems that changed with the weather. It was frustrating, exhausting, and eye-opening. I saw and experienced firsthand what happens when operations are an afterthought, and how much clarity, calm, and real leadership can transform a business from the inside out.
So, I built a better way. Over the next couple years, I developed frameworks to help business owners systemise, delegate, and scale without chaos. What started as helping friends and clients manage their VAs turned into a full-service agency and mentoring practice, supporting founders and ops managers in building high-performance operations and sustainable businesses.
And because structure without soul isn’t my thing, Claire still makes time for the wild stuff, like hiking to Everest Base Camp (ask her about being medevac out), growing my team across time zones, and helping leaders run their businesses without running themselves into the ground.
